These small, buttery biscuits are delicious, and they’re made with ingredients you already have. They couldn’t be easier, and they’re great with a bowl of soup or chili.
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray the cups of two mini-muffin tins with cooking spray. Melt the two sticks of butter in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cup of sour cream to the bowl, and stir in the two cups of self-rising flour. Spoon dough into greased muffin tins, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
