Cranberry bread with a hint of orange.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add the egg and orange juice. Stir until just combined, do not over mix. Fold in cranberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for about an hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
