Description

What a wonderful breakfast muffin! This is light, and sure to please anyone who loves bacon!!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Bacon, Chopped
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Preparation

Chop up a package of bacon, and lightly cook in skillet. I do this the night before, and then place in the fridge, to make the morning prep work quick and easy.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Divvy batter up among a muffin pan (12 muffins).

Bake at 390 for 30-35 minutes until brown and crispy. Eat warm.
