Some things only happen when company comes to stay. Bubble Bread is one of those things. If people were staying at our house, my mom would make up a pan of Bubble Bread at night and we’d wake up to that heavenly smell. The awesome part of this recipe is how easy it is. Seriously, 5 minutes at night, throw it in the oven, then in the morning, turn the oven on and turn them out when they are cooled a bit. Easy!
Sprinkle pecans in greased 9 x 13 cake pan or greased and floured bundt pan. Place frozen rolls on top. Mix brown sugar and pudding mix and sprinkle over rolls. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pudding mixture. Pour melted butter over all. Place uncovered in a cold oven overnight.
In the morning, bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Let stand in the pan 10-15 minutes. Turn out on a board to cool.

Been making this recipe for years, got it from my mom. I have also done it using orange marmalade some cubed cream cheese and walnuts instead of the pudding, brown sugar and the pecans. It was out of tis world good. I have also made a savory version using herbs, garlic, salt, parmesan, romano or other cheeses, and butter, this too was great! Pat
