Perfect balance between rich and slightly sweet. I never bake in the bread machine. I just use the dough setting so the machine can do the hard work! Somewhere between a 1.5 and 2 pound loaf. I baked at 350F for 30 minutes. So yummy on a rainy day!

Great easy recipe for a delicious rich cinnamon bread that the family can’t get enough of.

this is delicious! A HUGE hit at my house! One thing, though, in my Zojirushi at medium crust setting, the crust turns out kind of too soft and not cooked. I have to turn it up to “bigh.”

I have tried making this three times, in hopes that it would rise each time but it never rises. I was very disappointed. I use my bread machine several times a week… so I’m not a newby with it. Not sure why it won’t rise….

Tried this out the morning and it was wonderful! I have a bread machine that does 1, 1.5 and 2 pound loaves. This was between 1.5 and 2 pounds although I did set the dough cycle for 1.5 and then baked at 350 F for 30 minutes. It turned out perfectly. Thanks so much for sharing!

Thanks Barbara for the tips! I have a larger bread machine (2 lbs. loaves are possible) so I didn’t even think of that!
Those of you with the smaller machines, use Barbara’s tip and let me know how it works out. If it works better for several people, I’ll amend the recipe.

I made it again this morning and fixed my rising issue, I reduced the yeast by 2/8 teaspoon. (1/8 tsp per 1tsp of yeast)
Hope this helps.
It is still very good bread….I think I am addicted to it.

I love this bread.
One warning though, I set my machine to the largest setting (1.5lbs) and the dough pushed the lid open almost half an inch on the final rise cycle.
The bread was still perfect, just a small part of the top was a bit doughy.
