No oil or butter and full of fruit!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a loaf pan.
For the bread, in a medium bowl, stir together oats, both flours, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and applesauce. Stir in mashed bananas.
Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir together. Carefully mix in blueberries and pecans. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
For the topping, sprinkle with oatmeal and brown sugar.
Bake for 1 hour.
