Creamy and airy at the same time, these buttery gluten-free biscuits only take 5 minutes to create and will leave you wanting more.
Preheat oven to 400°. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 45 seconds.
Pour in a well greased muffin cup and place in the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the biscuits are slightly golden on top.
Serve and watch them disappear fast.

what a lifesaver! i have had to reduce my gluten intake recently : ( and have been on the lookout for a Thanksgiving (yummy!) roll solution.
after viewing your blog post for this recipe, i resolved to experiment with rice flour and make these easy biscuits. thanks, ISMS, always enjoy your posts!
