Biscuits stuffed with a mix of jelly and spices.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Spray a 12-count muffin pan with cooking spray. Cut each biscuit into 3 equal-sized sections. Stand 3 sections each into 10 of the muffin cups. Fold back each section slightly to fold it out like a leaf. Press edges and bottom firmly together.
Combine preserves and spices in a small bowl. Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each cup.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Serve warm.

What a neat idea,you could even go herbal and do a savory blosson to go with dinner, like garlic, chedder cheese and butter with a little sea salt. Believe I would do it with homemade biscuits though or even yeast biscuits! oh yum!
