Quick no-yeast donut recipe that is so easy and yields the tastiest little donuts!
Smash bananas in a large bowl. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix until combined.
Heat oil for frying. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of batter into hot oil and fry until done on the inside, which takes a couple minutes. We always test one first to gauge the time then do a bunch of them. These have a tendency to be dark because of the banana and sugar when cooked, so don’t be alarmed.
Once out of the fryer, sprinkle with granulated sugar. Enjoy!
