A delicious guilt-free banana bread recipe! With only 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter, it’s somewhat healthy. You need to make this!
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add the egg and mashed bananas; mix well. Then add the flour, baking soda, salt and raisins (optional). Beat until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an oiled and floured bundt pan (10 inch diameter). Bake for 30 minutes or until the top has browned.
