Description

Quick and easy and light as a feather! They seem to literally melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
  • ½ cups 7-up Or Similar Lemon Lime Soda
  • ½ sticks Butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut sour cream into the biscuit mix using two forks. Add 7-Up. This makes a very soft dough.

Sprinkle additional Bisquick onto your kitchen counter. Put the dough onto the counter and pat the dough out ever so lightly, using a little more Bisquick over the top of rolls. Cut into 9 rolls.

Melt the butter in a 9-inch baking pan. Place cut biscuits into the pan. Bake 20 minutes until golden.

I really wanted to try these, so I used your recipe and ended up with a very runny batter, not a dough. After a little research, I found that you listed the sour cream at 1 -1/2 cups when it should only be 1/2 cup. With that adjustment, these come out wonderfully and are delicious!

I bet these are good and too am going to try them soon, but how can you call them rolls…they don’t have yeast in them, I think they are biscuits, a very good bread…but still biscuits…
