  • 1 can Refrigerated Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 13 Ounce Can
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 12 slices Red Onion, Sliced In Rings
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves

Unroll dough onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; stretch out dough to fit a 15×8” pan. Cut dough into 4 rows lengthwise and then 3 rows width-wise creating 12 squares. Sprinkle garlic evenly over squares.

Cut onion into very thin slices and separate into rings.
Top each square with a mound of baby spinach, 2 onion rings, about 6 mushroom slices and 1 teaspoon of feta cheese.

To make bundles bring the 2 opposite corners to the center, pinching points to seal. Bring remaining 2 corners to center, pinching all points together to seal.

Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden.

Everyone loved these at a recent party. The assembly was more time consuming than I had predicted, but totally worth it. And it was the guys who gobbled them up! Great recipe that can be easily altered to whatever is on hand.

I made these for a Super Bowl party and they were a big hit! Very yummy. I’ll definitely be making them again. I might try brushing the dough with olive oil next time to give it even more flavor too.
