Description

This Spinach and Artichoke Dip is filled with all sorts of bad stuff like cream cheese, cheese, sour cream and more cheese. It might make you jiggle (in a good way).

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Thawed
  • 3 whole Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
  • ½ cups Parmesan, Grated, Plus Extra For Topping
  • ½ cups Mozzarella, Grated
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 2 whole Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • Baguettes Or Chips, For Serving

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Add all of your ingredients (except the baguettes, of course) to a large bowl and stir until combined. Place the mixture in a gratin dish or casserole dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.

Top with a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until all melty and golden on top. Serve with baguette slices or tortilla chips.
