Want an amazing new dip or spread recipe? This Spicy Lemon Edamame Hummus will fit the bill—it’s fresh, bright, lemony and spicy! Oh, and it’s healthy!
Add all of the ingredients, except for the olive oil, into your food processor. Pulse 8-10 times until edamame is broken down.
With the food processor running, slowly add olive oil and let run for another 30–45 seconds. Taste for seasoning and creaminess, and adjust to your liking.
Note: If spice isn’t your thing, feel free to leave out the Sriracha or cayenne. It tastes just fine without the heat.
