A seafood starter presented on top of half of an avocado.
Wash and devein the pre-cooked shrimp/prawns.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, ketchup, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over the shrimp/prawns and mix together.
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit (keep the skins on). Sprinkle lemon juice on the flesh to prevent browning; season with salt. Spoon the seafood mixture onto the avocado halves and serve.
