Description

A perfect portable snack, these simply seasoned chickpeas are tossed in olive oil then cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer. A great afternoon snack or a quick meal substitute between meetings or appointments!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Garbanzo Beans Or Chickpeas, Canned
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Open can of beans and drain. Combine beans, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl then toss to coat.

Place in air fryer basket, do not preheat. Cook at 400ºF for 8 minutes. Remove basket from air fryer, toss gently, and cook an additional 8 minutes.

Remove from air fryer and let cool. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to one week. Happy snacking!

These chickpeas are so good! My air fryer only allows up to 400 steps but they directed out totally fine! They’re so crispy & savory! I did just oil, salt, and garlic particles to start. So good!!! https://www.a1spicesonline.com/
