When you don’t have time to roast marshmallows over an open fire but still have a craving for chocolate and marshmallow, this is an easy go-to to satisfy that craving.
Lay the Ritz Crackers face down. On the bottom of 12 of the crackers dollop marshmallow cream. On the bottom of 12 of the crackers dollop Nutella. Top a marshmallow cracker with a Nutella cracker and press lightly. Enjoy!

There are awesome!! I found this recipe just in time to make these for a get together. It was supposed to be a backyard feast complete with bonfire but the weather did not cooperate. The faux smores were a huge hit! I’ve made them several times since then. My kids loves them! YUM!!!!!!

I make these all of the time! I leave off the top cracker, though. They are so simple and delicious with the salty/sweet combo. I use regular peanut butter for the kids and Nutella for myself. Then, put three mini mallows on top and broil for until toasty. YUM!
