Description

Fun little snack for kids of all ages.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows Plus A Few Extra
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips
  • 6 pieces 5-ounce Capacity Plastic Cups
  • 6 pieces Popsicle (sticks)

Preparation

Simple and easy. Pop your popcorn and set aside.

Lightly spray your plastic cups with cooking spray and set them aside too.

In saucepan over low heat melt butter and then add marshmallows. Remove from heat and pour over popcorn, add chocolate chips and throw in some extra marshmallows at this point if you’d like. Now gently stir until completely coated.

Using buttered hands, pack them into the prepared cups and insert popsicle stick. Pack them in tightly. I then added a few more marshmallows at the top of the cup while everything was still sticky (see photo).

Let them set up. Remove them from the cups when you are ready to serve. This made 6 (5-ounce) popcorn pops.
