Description

Because you deserve an easy, delicious, chewy snack packed full of chocolate chips and peanut butter!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ cups Honey
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Melted
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips (I Used Mini)
  • 1 Scoop Collagen (optional)

Preparation

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine. Pour batter into parchment-lined pan and press down. Refrigerate overnight (you want to refrigerate overnight because this is a no-bake recipe and this will allow the oats to absorb the moisture and soften).

Cut into bars and enjoy! Store in fridge.
