Description

Packed with shrimp, lump crab meat, avocado and lime, this fresh seafood cocktail is a burst of flavor in every bite. It’s one of our family favorites!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • ¼ cups Chili Sauce
  • ¼ cups Chopped Cilantro Leaves
  • ¼ cups Chopped Green Olives
  • ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Finely Chopped White Onion
  • ¼ cups Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
  • ¼ cups Tomato-clam Juice (Clamato)
  • ¼ cups Seeded And Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Hot Sauce
  • 2  Anaheim Chiles, Roasted, Seeded & Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 2  Serrano Chiles, Roasted And Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt To Taste
  • ½ pounds Cooked And Peeled Medium Shrimp
  • ½ pounds Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, Picked And Cleaned
  • 1  Avocado, Peeled And Cut Into 1/4-inch Cubes

Preparation

Combine everything except the salt, seafood, avocado in a large bowl. Season with salt; toss to mix. Fold in shrimp, crab, and avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
