Here is one of my favorite recipes! I like this recipe because all the ingredients are staples in my house. And by that it means it doesn’t have tahini in it. I actually love tahini, but it’s not something we keep in our house on a regular basis. So this makes it an easy recipe.
1. Pour all ingredients (except the garnishes) into blender and process until very smooth.
2. Add any additional seasonings to taste.
3. Put the hummus into a dish and garnish with parsley and paprika.
4. Serve with your favorite crackers, pita bread, celery or carrots!
