Description

A spicy homemade salsa.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ whole White Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 whole Jalapeno
  • 2 whole Chipotle Peppers In Adobo
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ cups Cilantro
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in the food processor or blender.

Pulse until everything is evenly blended.

Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed. (Add more chipotle peppers if you like it extra spicy)

Remove from food processor or blender and refrigerate.

Awesomely delicious! I didn’t add the white onion, as my husband is allergic, but it was still sooo good! Thank you for sharing.
