The best green beans in the whole wide world! Trust me, you’ll never want to make them any other way ever again!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Green Beans, Ends Trimmed
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Thinly Sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Goat Cheese
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Scatter the trimmed green beans on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and scatter the garlic over the green beans.

Place the baking sheet into the oven and roast for 12-15 minutes until the green beans are slightly toasty and tender. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top with the goat cheese, lemon zest and lemon juice. Adjust salt and pepper as needed and serve immediately

After watching my 2 1/2 yr old grandson consume 1/2 a log of goat cheese last night, I feel compelled to fix these for him. I think we’ll both love them.
