Description

The beauty of making your own ranch dip is you can amp up the spices and in turn the flavor. This dip is particularly wonderful because of the tangy addition of yogurt in place of the mayo.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1-½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1-½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Fresh Chives (can Use Dried As Well)
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • ½ cups Buttermilk
  • ½ cups Greek Yogurt

Preparation

In a small bowl whisk together parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, chives, salt and pepper.

In a medium sized bowl whisk together the buttermilk and Greek yogurt. Add mixed ranch seasoning from above to the yogurt mixture and mix to combine. Enjoy a delicious snack.
