Creamy cheese, crispy bacon, and flavorful ground beef come together in this easy dip. Always the first thing to disappear at parties!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a large cast iron skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, add oil and cook onion, and brown beef until no longer pink. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Stir in crumbled bacon, cream cheese, sharp cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper until well combined.
Top with yellow cheddar. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until bubbly. If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, you can also bake in a 9×9 casserole pan.
Garnish with chopped parsley and chopped dill pickles if desired.
