You have to have stuffing for Thanksgiving! This is a recipe one of my best friends makes every year. No more trying to arrange a pile of stuffing on your plate to make room for other things! Hope this will become part of your Thanksgiving traditions.
Heat oven to 375 degrees (F).
Saute the onion and celery in 1/2 cup of butter until tender, about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add creamed corn, salt, pepper, water and eggs. Mix well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Pour still warm mixture over the bread cubes. Mix well with hands and form into balls, a little bigger than a golf ball. Line balls on a sheet tray. Brush the balls melted butter, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

These look great, and super easy! Could you give an approximate measurement for the bread cubes? I live in Nepal and the size of a loaf of bread varies considerably between bakeries, so I have no idea how much “1 loaf” represents. Thanks!!
