This is my family dressing recipe passed down from many generations of southern cooks. It is easy to prepare and so delicious. I think it is the boiled eggs that sets it apart from other dressing recipes.
Mix every thing together. It should be more than moist and easily poured into the casserole dish but it shouldn’t be thin and runny. As my sister says, “Add broth until it looks right.”
Cook 1 hour at 325F, uncovered, in a 13-inch pan.
So tasty.
