This is an old recipe for whipping cream biscuits. So easy and with only two ingredients and no rolling out the dough, biscuits don’t get any easier than this!
1. Preheat oven to 425º F.
2. Combine ingredients and knead 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Roll out 1/2 to 3/4 inch thickness.
4. Cut with biscuit cutter.
5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Note: I line my baking sheets with a Silpat® non-stick baking mat.
5. Bake at 425º F. for about 8 to 10 minutes until light golden brown.
Note: If you only have all-purpose, here’s how you can adapt:.
Combine:
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

This is a classic. One of the first foods I ever baked after marriage. Delicious and easy!
