Description

Gluten free goodies that couldn’t be easier to bake.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

1. In a large bowl, mix the sugar and eggs together until fully combined.

2. Add the peanut butter and mix with a wooden spoon to combine (there is something about the wooden spoon…).

3. Add the chocolate chips and combine.

4. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the cookie sheets, leaving about 1 1/2″ between each scoop.

5. Bake the cookies util the bottoms are golden brown, between 13 and 15 minutes. Let cook for a few minutes on the cookie sheet then transfer the foil to a cooling rack to finish cooling.

Wow, this is a delicious recipe. I just cooked up a batch of these for my husband (since he suffers from gluten intolerance)! He LOOOOVED THEM!

Easy to make and probably a bit healthier than other options. Great find!

Just made these as a present for my neighbor who has celiac disease. Of course, I had to taste one or two for “quality control” purposes. :-) They are so yummy, and you wouldn’t guess they don’t have flour.

Great gluten-free cookie recipe! They are super chewy and you’d never know there’s no flour in them.. They’re extremely peanut buttery so you’ll need a big glass of milk :)
