These cookie bars are cinnamon-y and gooey!
1) Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
2) Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
3) In large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
4) Stir in the flour mixture until well blended.
5) Spread evenly in prepared pan.
6) Combine white sugar and cinnamon in a little bowl.
7) Evenly sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of the batter.
Bake 15-20 minutes. I prefer them to be soft and gooey.

Hey there friend:)
Ok so I’m thinking that tomorrow after work I have a date with my IPOD and my spoonula in my kitchen to make these lovely bars. CSC will hate me Friday;) hope you have a wonderful day!

I made these last night but made the mistake of baking them a few minutes too long. Definitely not gooey at all. They were still good, reminded me of coffee cake with the cinnamon sugar on top. If you want gooey, make sure you take them out of the oven even if they don’t look all the way done!
