Light and fluffy and perfect with a pat of butter and a drizzle of honey!
Preheat oven to 400.
Using a food processor, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Slowly add the buttermilk until a wet dough forms.
Remove the dough from the food processor and knead 10-15 times. Roll out the dough and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter (or, if you’re classy like me, the rim of a stemless white wine glass).
Arrange on lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Yield 12-15 biscuits.

Just made these and getting ready to serve dinner….a little too sweet for our taste but a good biscuit. Will reduce sugar next time I make them. Thanks for the recipe!!
