This recipe puts a healthy spin on the regular chocolate chip cookie-swapping out chocolate chips for dark chocolate chunks, replacing sugar with stevia, and uses lower carb oat flour.
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl combine oat flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside. In another bowl, beat egg and mix with yogurt, milk, and stevia, until thoroughly combined. Mix wet ingredients with dry, then add it dark chocolate chunks. Scoop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
