This recipe is great! The taste of French toast that you love with a cafe type twist! By replacing the milk for flavored coffee creamers, this brings two things together: breakfast and coffee! This is wonderful any time of year! We make this for brunches (blueberry), holidays (pumpkin spice and white chocolate raspberry), and anytime the mood hits (chocolate carmel)! This recipe also freezes well.
1. Preheat griddle to 375F OR a frying pan to medium-low heat.
2. Beat eggs, creamer, salt, and pepper with a wire whisk until smooth.
3. Grease griddle with butter or margarine.
4. Dip bread into egg mixture.
5. Place on griddle or frying pan. Cook about 4 minutes on each side OR until golden brown!
6. Repeat steps 3 – 5 as needed with remaining bread.
