Traditional “meaty” chili made with meatless grounds.
Heat olive oil in a deep pot over medium high heat. When hot, sauté onion, bell pepper, and jalapenos until soft, about 5-7 minutes, stirring periodically. Add garlic and sauté for another minute or two. Add meatless grounds and stir until defrosted. Mix in sauce, beans, and spices. Lower heat to medium low and let simmer for as long as you like; the longer the better. Taste after about 10 minutes of cooking and adjust seasonings accordingly.
Enjoy topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, and any of your other favorite chili toppings!
