A chai latte panna cotta with all the coffe-house fixin’s is sure to please on a hot summer day.
1. Bring cream, chai, sugar, and vanilla to a simmer in a sauce pan.
2. While cream is heating, combine gelatin and water in a small bowl. Allow to soften.
3. Remove cream from heat and stir in gelatin.
4. Whisk cream mixture into chai.
5. Pour into a mold sprayed with non-stick spray (a silicone muffin tin is perfect becuase it’s easy to get the panna cotta out without cracking it).
6. Refrigerate until set. To serve, invert panna cotta onto a plate. Top with chocolate shavings, caramel sauce, and a dusting of cinnamon.

I’m glad it worked out the second time!

I tried this recipe again and it turned out so wonderfully flavorful and easy. Definitely a keeper. Having never made a panna cotta the first time, I had used the whole box of gelatin as the recipe said before. So please give this a try, it’s so delicious!

Oh that is so good to know that it wasn’t supposed to turn out the way it did! LOL! I have been trying to delete my review so I can repost it, but it doesn’t seem to be working right. I’ll keep trying though and in the mean time, I’m going to give the recipe another try! Thanks!

Oh ksnancy, what a sin! You’re right; it should say one package. I’m not sure how that got there. I’ll fix it right away.
