I’ve made a variation on this– steamed asparagus arranged on rectangular plate like a bow tie, red tomato halves piled on one side, yellow tomato halves piled on the other, basil sprinkled on top, dressing poured over all, no avocados– several times, and it’s an eye catching group pleaser every time!

Yum!! This is very tasty. I used some leaves of our “lemon basil” plant… the combined lemony-summer goodness made my evening
