Easy Chocolate Cake

Description
This cake is very easy and quick to put together and the results are a delicious and moist cake. Top off with your choice of frosting.
Ingredients
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 1-¾ cup All-purpose Flour
- ¾ cups Unsweeted Cocoa Powder
- 1-½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1-½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Coffee Grind Of Choice
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Boiling Water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking power, bading soda, salt and coffee grinds.
Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix until well-blended on medium speed with a hand mixer.
Continue to stir while mixing boiling water slowly.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 13 pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven once done baking. Allow to cool and add frosting of choice once cake sufficiently cooled.
