Preheat oven 300 degrees F.
Crush about 18 Oreos (not all at once… for the sake of an old blender like mine) in a blender to a fine powder. Mix with melted butter and spread into a dish of your choice, approximately 11×7 inches. Set aside.
Combine cheese, eggs, condensed milk, and vanilla in blender (make sure all ingredients are room temperature) and blend it up till it’s smooth and pourable. Pour over the crust.
Grab some more Oreos and break them up roughly and place on top of batter. Bake for 45 – 60 minutes. Let cool, and refrigerate for at least a few hours.
