My friend Jo Ann deemed this cake worthy of the name Matt Damon. It is made from a cake mix (we’re a lazy bunch) doctored with yummy extras.
Prepare German Chocolate cake mix according to instructions on box (you’ll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in the mix package).
While cake is still warm, poke holes halfway into the cake, about 1″ apart. Pour condensed milk evenly over the cake. Pour caramel topping evenly over the cake. Refrigerate the cake until thoroughly cooled.
Frost cake with Cool Whip. Top with crushed Heath Bars.
Refrigerate overnight before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
