My uncle used to make this fudge for every holiday. I always looked forward to it!
I’m not really sure on the cook time. It’s one of those things that you just have to watch and test!
Bring butter and milk to boil in a saucepan. Add confectioner’s sugar. Cook until it starts to thicken. (When a drop of cold water dropped into the mixture forms a ball, then you will know it’s time to take it off of the heat). Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add marshmallow cream and mix well. Pour into lightly buttered pan and let cool.
