Roasted leg of lamb.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. WHILE oven is preheating, spread your roasting salt over the leg of lamb. Place lamb into a roasting tray. Place into the oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, put 1/2 cup of warm water into the bottom of the roasting pan and cook for an additional 30 minutes to achieve medium doneness (alter cooking time for more or less doneness). Remove from the oven and the roasting tray, cover with tinfoil and allow to rest for an additional 10-15 minutes prior to slicing.
