Description

A spicy rub to be used on grilled meats or add as a seasoning to anything from vegetables to breakfast eggs!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, store in an airtight container and shake prior to using.

I made this last night. The flavor is great and there is just the right amount of heat for me, but too much for the kids. They thought it was hot. I used it on steaks for dinner as a rub.
