Chewy, buttery, chocolate chip cookie pie —perfect served warm with vanilla ice cream!
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into the pie shell. Bake for 60 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.

I tried this I LOVED THIS! It was just like a good warm chewy choc chip cookie. It was satisfying chewy and gooey. I made a slight variation and added 1 tsp of vanilla. I think when I make it again I’m going to add 1/2- 1 tsp of salt and maybe some chopped walnuts to add some texture. My chocolate chips all sunk to the bottom too so I think next time i’ll mix the batter then sprinkle the chocolate chips (and maybe nuts) on top of the pie before baking to try and keep them from sinking. I really enjoyed this a lot and WILL make it again! Probably better than having dozens of cookies around too
