No bake cheesecake that is quick and easy to make.
Melt margarine, mix together with crushed graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup of sugar. Press into the botton of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Beat together the cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup of sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until well blended. Add dry gelatin mix, mix well. Stir in pineapple and whipped topping. Spoon over crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
