Fun, easy to make Snowman Cupcakes.
In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Add extracts. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture, alternating with cold water. Beat just until combined. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into the batter.
Divide into paper-lined muffin tins. Baked at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.
Any cupcake flavor can be used. Frost with white buttercream and decorate with assorted candies.
