This amazing Red Bean Hummus is creamy and is perfect as a dip or a spread. We love it and the texture is amazing!
Note: For this recipe, we used canned red beans.
In a food processor, add cooked red beans, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, cumin, and salt and mix for about 1 minute until smooth. Add water if necessary, depending on the thickness.
Transfer mixture to a prepared jar or another dish. Garnish with some red beans on top.
