Buttermilk and almond and lemon extract compliment each other in a wonderful bundt cake that is sure to win praise from everyone in your family.
1) Cream butter and sugar. Mix in almond and lemon extract.
2) Add individually each egg yolk until all are mixed in.
3) Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together then add into the creamed mixture, adding alternately with buttermilk.
4) Beat eggwhites until stiff and fold into the cake batter.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a well greased bundt pan.

Looks like I’m gonna have to try this one……a blend of flavors I love!
