Description
This drink is unlike anything you’ve ever had. Rich Lotus Cream Drink has a little spice with the warm caramel notes in a rich, frothy cream drink.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Lotus Cookie Butter
- 1 teaspoon Palm Sugar
- 1 cup Whole Milk
Preparation
Melt the cookie butter on medium-low heat until smooth.
Add sugar and milk. Whisk continuously until heated through. Do not boil! You do not want to walk away from this or let it come to a boil. This will cause the cookie butter to seize and the texture to be unpleasant. Not to mention the flavor of the milk changes completely after being boiled.
Serve immediately. For garnish, you can melt an extra teaspoonful of cookie bButter, then top your drink with whipped cream and the melted cookie butter.
