These keto pralines with pecans and cream are the ultimate easy holiday dessert. My whole family loves them and only 1 net carb! Just a quick cook on the stove, then they only need a few minutes to firm up in the fridge.
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream and sweetener. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often. The mixture should be a nice caramel color.
Remove from heat and add pecans. Stir to release some of the heat. When mixture is thickened, spoon into 10 equal rounds on the parchment-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional) and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated until serving.
