See notes for paleo or dairy-free.
Mix ingredients in small bowl or ramekin. Garnish with a few chopped nuts or shredded coconut, if desired. Enjoy.
Notes:
• For a dairy-free version, use Kite Hill imitation cream cheese (almond-based) and unsweetened almond or coconut milk or cream.
• See my Tasty Kitchen recipe box for a recipe for sugar-free cranberry sauce. You can also substitute any sugar-free cranberry sauce or other sugar-free jam or jelly.
• Nutrition estimates are based on My Fitness Pal’s online recipe analyzer. Brand names are included only to assure more accurate estimates. The recipe is stored on and available to MFP users for logging in their food diaries. Sugar alcohols, allulose, and liquid sucralose are not absorbed by the body and rate zero on the glycemic index, so are excluded from nutrition counts.
• Potassium estimate does not include potassium from the cranberry sauce, which should be very low.
